In most cases we can arrange a collection within a few days. If there is urgency around a property being vacated, get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Q: Can items be delivered back in stages?

Yes. You do not need to take everything back at once. If some items are going to one family member and others to another address, we can arrange deliveries separately.

Q: What if we are not sure how long we will need storage?

That is completely normal. We bill weekly, so there is no commitment to a fixed term upfront. You can give us notice when you are ready to end your storage and we will arrange delivery from there.

Q: Do we need to be present for the collection?

Not necessarily. As long as access to the property can be arranged and a trusted person is there, we can carry out the collection without you needing to be there in person. Many families find this easier at what is already a difficult time.

We are not able to store hazardous materials or perishable goods. If you are unsure whether something can be stored, just ask.
