How do I get my items back?
Upon collection, a member of our team will carry out a full inventory of your belongings.
Simply get in touch with out team and we can arrange for your container to be dropped off with you. With our inventory system detailing what we have in your Shoreditch self-service container, it’s even easier to identify what you want returned and have us drop it off. The same works for if you want additional items added. We can pick them up and add them to your Jam Pod.
We can also deliver your belongings back to you wherever you are in the world.
How we work
We do not charge for the van hire, only the loading time.
Our team will load from your property and collect from the rooms of your choice, you do not need to have everything ready outside the property or on the doorstep. it is important to ensure that we have space to park outside your property. Maybe you can speak with a neighbour to make sure it is okay to block their driveway or put your bins out the night before to save the space.

Storage Insurance
