A 500mm x 10m roll of green bio bubble wrap, sized for the smaller, lighter things that break easily: glasses, ornaments and picture frames. Good for a move or for a pack into storage. Got bigger or heavier items to wrap too? The 750mm x 25m roll is the one for that.

Wrapping for the Small, Breakable Stuff

This is the roll for glassware, ornaments, picture frames and anything else you’d rather not unpack in pieces at the other end. At 500mm wide it’s an easy size to work with when you’re wrapping items one at a time rather than covering furniture, and 10m gets you through a decent stack of them.

Wrap, Box and Tape All Do a Job

Bubble wrap helps, but it isn’t the only thing standing between your glassware and a breakage. A flimsy box or tape that gives way under weight will let items down however generously they’re wrapped. Use a decent double walled box and proper tape alongside this roll and all three are pulling their weight: the box holds the shape, the tape holds it shut, the wrap cushions what’s inside.

Recyclable and Made with Recycled Content

This is our green bio bubble wrap. It’s 100% recyclable and made with 30% recycled content, so you can wrap fragile items properly without it all going straight in the bin afterwards.

500mm or 750mm, Which Roll Do You Need?

If You’re Storing as Well as Moving

If some of what you’re wrapping is heading into storage rather than straight to a new address, that’s what we do too. We collect it, look after it, and bring it back when you’re ready. Get an instant quote to see what that would cost alongside your move.

Delivery

Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the next working day.

FAQ

How much bubble wrap will I need for a house move?

It depends how much glassware you’ve got and how many ornaments and frames are going in with it. Order a bit more than you think you need. Running out halfway through the good china is a hassle you can avoid.

Is 500mm wide enough, or should I get the 750mm roll?

For smaller, lighter breakables like glasses, ornaments and picture frames, 500mm is a comfortable width to work with. If you’ve got bigger items or a bigger job on your hands, the 750mm x 25m roll gives you more width and a lot more length to get through.

Will bubble wrap alone stop things breaking?

Not on its own, no. It cushions items well, but the box and the tape matter just as much. A sturdy double walled box and tape that actually holds shut will do as much for your breakables as the wrap does.

A wide roll of green bio bubble wrap, 750mm x 25m, for furniture, mirrors and the bulkier things you'd rather not send off unprotected. The extra width means fewer joins and less taping strips together than you'd get from a narrower roll. Same green bio material as our 500mm roll, just wider and a lot more of it.

Built for the Bigger Jobs

This is the wider of our two bubble wrap rolls, 750mm across and 25 metres long. It’s the one to reach for when a narrower roll would only half cover what you’re wrapping: a chest of drawers, a mirror, a table top, a lampshade, a picture frame. Wrap once round and the item is usually covered, instead of taping several strips together to get there.

If you’re only wrapping a few small fragile bits for a couple of boxes, our 500mm roll will do the job and costs less. This one is for a full house move or a bigger pack into storage, where there’s furniture and awkward shapes to deal with as well as the boxed up smaller stuff.

Wrap, Tape and a Decent Box

Bubble wrap on its own only gets you so far. What keeps things in one piece is the combination: a decent box, tape that actually holds, and something wrapped round anything fragile or awkwardly shaped. Wrap the furniture and mirrors properly, tape the wrap down so it can’t slide off on the way, then pack your boxes so nothing rattles about inside. Get those right and your things travel well.

Green Bio Material

This roll is made from the same green bio material as our 500mm bubble wrap. It’s fully recyclable with recycled content built in, so it’s a better option than standard plastic wrap if you’d rather not add to the pile of packaging a move leaves behind. It protects your things the same way an ordinary roll does, it just recycles more easily once you’re finished with it.

What to Wrap With It

Chests of drawers and other furniture with a finish worth protecting

Mirrors and picture frames

Table tops and glass surfaces

Lampshades

Larger or awkward shaped fragile items that a narrower roll won’t easily cover

If You’re Storing as Well as Moving

Delivery

Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the next working day.

FAQ

Is this the same bubble wrap as your 500mm roll?

Yes, same green bio material. This one is wider (750mm against 500mm) and comes on a longer roll (25m against 10m), so it suits furniture and bigger items rather than smaller boxed belongings.

How much bubble wrap do I actually need?

It depends on what you’re wrapping. A roll goes further on furniture and flat items than it does on lots of small awkward shapes, because you’re covering fewer, larger surfaces instead of working round corners over and over. If you’ve got several pieces of furniture as well as fragile bits for boxes, it’s worth having both roll widths to hand.

Will this roll cover a mirror or a table top in one go?

For most standard sizes, yes. The 750mm width is wide enough to wrap round in one or two passes rather than needing several strips taped together. For anything unusually large, you may still need to join two lengths.

Fill the Gaps So Nothing Moves About

A half full box is a box where things move. Pack a mug or a picture frame with room to spare and it’ll shift about on the journey, and that’s usually when things crack. Voidfill sorts that out. Tip a handful of peanuts in around whatever you’re protecting and they take up the space, so there’s nowhere left for it to move into.

Peanuts and Bubble Wrap Work Together

Packing peanuts do one job well, and that job is filling gaps. They’re not a wrap for something delicate like glass or china, which is what bubble wrap is for. Wrap the item itself first, then use peanuts to fill whatever space is left in the box. That way nothing has room to shift and nothing is sitting straight against cardboard.

Made From 100% Recycled Foam

These peanuts are made from 100% recycled content. Same job as standard polystyrene fill, made from material that’s already been used once rather than new.

If You’re Storing as Well as Moving

If some of what you’re packing is heading into storage rather than straight to a new address, that’s what we do too. We collect it, look after it, and bring it back when you’re ready. Get an instant quote to see what that would cost alongside your move.

Delivery

Order before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and it arrives the next working day.

FAQ

How much do I need for one box?

It depends on how much empty space you’re filling rather than the size of the box itself. A 0.8 cu ft bag comfortably fills the gaps around a few smaller fragile items, so if you’ve got several boxes with room to spare, it’s worth ordering more than one bag.

Are packing peanuts enough to protect something fragile on their own?

For anything genuinely delicate, wrap the item first, in bubble wrap or even a towel, then use the peanuts to fill whatever space is left in the box. The peanuts stop things moving around, the wrap protects the item directly.

Can I reuse packing peanuts?

Yes. If a box arrives with peanuts in it, they’ll do the same job again in your next box or when you’re packing something into storage.
