JamStorage are committed to ensuring a safe move for you and your family.  Therefore, there are some items that we are unable to move.  If you have a query about an item feel free to use our online chat facility or call us on 0208 1661 665.

IMPORTANT:  Goods which require special licence or government permission for export or import cannot be moved by JamStorage.  Please speak to your surveyor with any queries.

Yes you would need to ensure that we have adequate parking for 7 metres of parking space as close to your property as possible. The team will be unable to cross major roads whilst loading your belongings. 

Clothing can be folded and placed into boxes. If you have clothes you would like to remain hanging, we have wardrobe boxes available for purchase which have a hanging rail. 

We charge the same rate Monday to Saturday. Sundays are more and is subject to availability as this is not one of our standard operating days.

We have TV boxes available to purchase and we would strongly recommend placing TVs in our TV boxes. You can purchase these on the day and our team can assist with packing TVs for you.

We are able to help if we know in advance. Please speak to one of our storage consultants if this is something you require.

Let us know as soon as possible. It is important to make sure we are still using big enough vehicles to move your belongings.

Our availability for moves into and out of storage works on a first come, first served basis. In busier periods we recommend as much notice as possible.

Yes this can be an option, please speak to your storage consultant, there may be additional charges for out of hours.

Yes we do have packing options available. We can also provide boxes. Please speak to one of our storage consultants to obtain a quote. 

The prices advertised are the prices we charged. Our rates are revied in an annual basis usually in the first quarter of the year. We have options to also purchase insurance cover and boxes & packaging materials as well.

This is preferable but not essential, there will need to be somebody there to manage the move on your behalf though.  Put all the items you don’t want us to pack in one area so we know what to leave out, e.g. passports, keys and important documents. 

If there is space remaining in your storage container then this is not a problem.  Our storage is modular, if your content reduces, the amount of containers reduce, you only pay for what you need, unlike self storage facilities. Speak to a member of our team to book a collection.

We charge storage on a weekly basis; therefore you only pay for what you need. There is a minimum storage period of 4 weeks.

Our warehouses are manned, have CCTV, are temperature controlled and the site is secure.  All visitors are required to be let though the gates by a member of staff upon a booking.

As we carry out the removal into and out of storage, we are able to leave your property wrapped in our blankets and covers whilst in storage at no additional charge. This is not an option at most self storage companies in London. Insurance cover is also available for your content whilst in our storage.

Yes, you can access your storage containers at any point whilst in storage providing that we are open. You will need to book and we require 2 working days notice. If you require regular access we recommend a more traditional self storage company.

There is no limit, you can store with JamStorage for as long as you like.

Insurance cover is available for your belongings whilst in our storage but is not included as standard. Your belongings need to be insured whilst in our storage facilities and we have plenty of options available for you.
