It helps if you can box up the smaller things before we arrive, but nothing needs to be perfect. We bring the van, do the loading, and carry everything out for you. Leave furniture and larger pieces exactly as they are. If you’re not sure where to start, ask when you book and we’ll talk you through it.

Yes. You don’t need everything returned at once. We take an inventory when your belongings go into storage, so you can request that box back, or that chair, and the rest stays safely where it is. What comes back is whatever we collected, so a box comes back as a box.

It’s worth packing into a few smaller, clearly labelled boxes rather than one big one. You’ll get more of what you want, when you want it.

Yes. We can return your belongings to a different address from the one we collected from. That’s useful if you’ve moved within Hendon, gone elsewhere in London, or left the area entirely since we picked things up. Just give us the delivery address when you arrange the return.
