Renters and recent buyers near the station, many of them drawn in by the Elizabeth line and a journey into Paddington of roughly 25 minutes, are more often short of everyday space from the start. Regeneration around the station has brought more households into smaller flats, and that’s usually when people start looking for somewhere to put things.
